Silverado Residence
Fire Rebuild · Single-Family Residence · ADU · Under Construction
Set on Milliken Creek Drive in eastern Napa, this residence replaces a single-family home lost in the 2017 Atlas Peak Fire. The owners had already worked through Napa County's fire rebuild permitting process by the time the firm came on board — concept plans in hand for a single-story house, an ADU, and a pool. The project carries that work forward, refining the design through Design Development and Construction Documents and seeing it through construction. The program includes a single-story main residence of nearly 5,000 square feet, an attached garage, a detached ADU of approximately 700 square feet initially set up as a gym, and a pool. The schedule and budget have been tight throughout. The residence is currently under construction.

Produced all Revit models for the project — from early massing through construction documents — and handled visualization throughout. Permit documentation was drawn from the Revit model and coordinated against the structural, mechanical, and civil consultant packages to catch conflicts before they reached the field. Through design development and into construction, responded to owner layout requests and updated the drawing set as changes propagated. Project currently under construction with Vine Homes Construction.
